So incredibly tasty! We came an hour before lunch closed and had just enough time to order and eat. There is also a small bathroom for customers.

We visited this place in the late afternoon on a weekend and waited in line for about 20 minutes. It was definitely worth the wait because the food was amazing! The pancakes and bacon were delicious and came in quite a large portion. If you love smoothies, the Berry Banana Smoothie is a must-try. It wasn’t too sweet, and the texture was very smooth. The banana flavor is a bit stronger than the berry, which makes for a great combination.I highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for the perfect breakfast or brunch. Just keep in mind that it tends to be more crowded in the morning, so you might have to wait a bit longer then.I’ll definitely be visiting again to try other items on the menu!

(English below)It was so delicious!I ordered a pulled pork sandwich with french fries and onion rings. The taste is better than Canadian pulled pork! It was very fresh. Recommended!I ordered the pulled pork sandwich. It came with a side of fries, and I opted for additional onion rings. Dare I say: this might have been the best pulled pork sandwich I've ever had. Everything oozed a sense of freshness and flavour , from the sauce, vegetables, and of course, the tender, juicy pulled pork. Both the fries and onion rings were delightfully crispy - you'll be wanting more.Service was prompt, friendly, and great overall; diners before me ordered in English, so the staff are able to assist you, whether you've been in Japan for 3 days, or 3 years. The menu is also in English. The restaurant itself is small, but it's a rather, lively, intimate feeling - it's quite cozy. If you're dining alone, or with a small group, you're sure to have a distinctively delicious experience.

Best pancakes I had ever in my life. No other pancakes or breakfast in the area can’t be compared to this place. The employees are so nice, it’s a small place but they always find a place for you. Since I been in Japan I have gone two times. Thank you!

TLDR; The food was decent. If there is a line I would skip. Otherwise, give it a try.——Raising to 4 stars since they replied to my review, I appreciate a business that is aware of customer feedback.“We use top-quality ingredients and even cut our bacon fresh and make pancakes by the batch to ensure the best quality. This keeps our prices as low as we can while still making great food. The wait can be a bit longer because we want every dish to be perfect”- a very diplomatic response…- they’re pancakes though, its one of the most simple easiest breakfast foods. It’s literally flour and water— I had a full multi course fish meal for ¥1,200 today. I stand by the fact prices should be lower for what you get. But agree that the food came out pretty quickly so they’re going as fast as they can with the space. Cheers

Amazing food, lovely space and friendly staff! The sandwiches were so delicious - the bread was crispy and there was a generous serving of meat (we ordered the philly cheese steak). The pancakes were fluffy and the homemade blueberry jam was filled with whole blueberries. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a filling breakfast/brunch 🙂

Really good pancakes, but it took a bit of time to get our food served to us even though we were seated right away. Pancakes are super fluffy, and the blueberry compote was wonderful. Maple syrup portion could be bigger. Overall fantastic food and very friendly owners. Will definitely come back one day to try the sandwiches.

Goodies is a rare sight in Tokyo. Most sandwiches you’ll find in the 23 wards are soft, tidy shokupan sandos. But at Goodies, you can have great brisket, cuban, cajun chicken, and pulled pork sandwiches. You may need a few napkins, but the sandwiches are perfect.

In the land of amazing food that is Tokyo, we came upon this hidden gem that makes amazingly delicious sandwiches. Following high reviews on Google , we decided to come over to give it a try even though we were into sushi and other Japanese food. We were really happy that we did. The sandwiches were on point! We ordered the Reuben and the Pulled pork, both were juicy and delicious! Def a must try if you are in Tokyo. Plus, the owner is really friendly, fun to chat!

Some of the BEST sandwiches I’ve had, ever.Ordered the chicken with bacon jam + Philly cheesesteak and it was nice to have both options as a hot and cold sandwich. Really enjoyed the salted caramel latte as well.Overall, it was a really warm and welcoming spot. Would love to come back!!!

It was one of the best sandwiches I've had in years. I was traveling in Japan. Actually, my personal rule is to eat the food of that country when I travel, but the taste is so good that it's enough to break that rule. The combination of the taste of properly toasted bread, the juicy meat that fills your mouth, and the crunch slaw that adds texture and freshness is truly the best. The friendliness of the staff is also superb. It was a very short conversation, but it was warm and grateful. This is a store I definitely want to visit again when I go to Tokyo.

"Best pancake I have had after living in Tokyo for 3 years" - said my American wife.Sandwich and their fries are also great. The downside is the place is a bit small and they take a bit of time to cook, but it's worth the wait. Good food takes time. Recommended for brunch.

Everyone was so nice and it had a great Hawaii/Tropical atmosphere. The sandwiches were delicious (I had the pulled pork). It was the perfect balance of sweet, from the bbq sauce, and savory, from the meat and coleslaw. My friend got the lumberjack and she said the eggs were creamy and the pancakes were sweet. This place is also perfect if someone wants breakfast and another wants lunch…Goodies has both! Staff also speak a bit of English if your Japanese is minimal.

Small restaurant with good ambience and very good sandwich. Tried the pastrami sandwich and pulled pork fries. The bread is crispy but not too hard/thick, just the right size, generous amount of meat with dijon mustard. The Espresso is ok.Prepare to wait for the food and drinks because they are usually crowded and only have 1 person cooking to make everything fresh.

This place was amazing!!!We order the blueberry pancakes, the Philly cheese steak, and they were both really good.I don’t like pancakes at all, but when my wife got her pancakes I had to try them and I loved them, they were so fluffy and light. Everybody was super friendly and made our visit very special.Ps: the homemade blueberry sauce was out of this world.

A little gem with fabulous sandwiches, loaded fries and smoothies, which was very welcome when we needed a little quality taste of Western food after a month of traveling in Japan. Menus in English and English-speaking staff very appreciated too.

Enjoyed a delicious pulled pork sandwich with potato wedges. The portion was fulfilling. The cole slaw in the sandwich is home made and the pulled pork was juicy and flavorful. Will definitely go back to try others on the menu. The staff were super friendly and one speaks English.

Huge sandwich connoisseur, if it would be my only meal it would. Goodies….immaculate perfection. It’s tucked away on a side street so have your maps out. Jack Johnson played walking in, looking at everyone’s meals I knew I made the right choice. Freshest of the fresh ingredients, beautifully constructed, even comes with a card about what you ordered. And they have that special ingredient only moms can provide, LOVE. This is my first time here but I’ll be back before I leave. Not to mention a more then friendly staff. Don’t hesitate, if you see this JUST GO. You’ll be glad you did and wished you had a place this good local to you.

I was really craving a hot sandwich and happened to find this place on google. Their sandwiches are SO GOOD!! We got their half sandwich lunch set which includes a salad, fries, drink and half of their daily special. Today’s special was their Cuban sandwich and it was so delicious, the bread was toasted nicely and not too hard, and the meat was juicy and they did not skimp on the toppings 😤 the guys running the shop were super cool too, definitely hope to come back and try their other sandwiches and their smoothies too!

The food here is really good and the price isn't bad. The owner and workers were really awesome, so nice and helpful, and spoke english. The pulled pork sandwich and cheesesteak sandwich were amazing, and the sauce on the Cajun fries was great. Definitely recommend stopping here they are children and pet friendly too 😀

Best sandwich I've had in Tokyo so far. Great selection of sandwiches and smoothies to pair with them. My favorite is the Cajun Crispy Chicken sandwich - the chicken was juicy and perfectly marinated. While the "spicy" Cajun sauce they make in-house doesn't actually have that much of a kick, it more than makes up for it with flavor. The owner is friendly and speaks good English. Highly recommend for anyone craving a good sandwich in Tokyo!

A chill vibes and friendly staffs.I was recommended from a friend to grab lunch here. A nice atmosphere with chill music playing. The staffs are really kind and friendly to chat with.My go-to is chicken & bacon jam sandwich.Aside from sandwiches, I recommend acai bowl. It’s perfect for a humid summer.

Must join in the celebration of this wonderful place. Sandwiches were seriously delicious! We had ham/cheese: perfect mustardy gooeyness with mounds of meat , chicken/baconjam (magic stuff): so tender and uniquly dressed up and chicken-cajun: flavour bomb! The acaii-bowl was also a big hit. Will be longing for this food for ever.

I think it's the best sandwich I've eaten in my lifeI ordered the Philly Cheese Steak, and it tasted absolutely godly, the cheese melted in my mouth, and the meat was cooked just right, I have a thing for mushrooms too, so this piece hit me in just the right spot.Even the bread itself was done right, crispy on the outside but soft on the inside. There were no other seasonings, but honestly there didn't need to be either, it was perfect as it is.I only wish I found this place sooner! Definitely going here again on the few days I still have in Japan 😀

Amazing sandwiches and soup! I have tried the bacon jam sand, brisket, Cuban, and Philly cheese steak and love them all! Food is super delicious, fresh and high quality (NOT fast food), and staff are super friendly. Can’t wait to go back!!! I also just found that they deliver to my workplace through Uber Eats and the quality was just as great.

I had a great Philly cheesesteak sandwich at goodies sandwich shop. The food here tastes better than anything I’ve had in Japan, west coast or east coast USA.The bread is toasted just right. The meat has amazing texture and flavor. The cheese is much higher quality than the typical cheese wiz that is standard on real cheesesteaks. The balance is on point with the toppings of mushrooms and onions and chilis.I also got a side salad and it was good enough to make me feel good about getting in some greens. The sandwich itself already tasted wholesome and be glad I wasn’t eating fast food. The sandwich took a few minutes to make, but real food does. No worries there. The staff is also amazingly friendly and helpful. Also, there doesn’t seem to be any problems asking for changes to your order, unlike most places I. Japan. Feel free to ask for less sauce and extra pickles. Also these fries are otherworldly! Perfect crispness and fluffiness throughout because of the unique cut. Best fries I’ve had ever.I can’t wait to come back and try the rest of their menu.

The staff were also very pleasant and comfortable ✨ Dogs in the store are OK, so I'm grateful that I can stop by for a walk 🐶The sandwiches are a size that is satisfying to eat, and even I, who can replace the set meal, was full 🥪💛Sandwiches, of course! ️ It was delicious even with the potatoes that came with it 🙏

Still the best sandwiches in Tokyo.Goodies Sandwich Shop is a sister store to Grab and Go Goodies in Sumida. Except this location is more upscale and has better seating.Thankfully they still offer their amazing menu here with few changes. The BB Brisket sandwich is a culinary masterpiece. The Cuban is by far the best you’ll find in Tokyo. The chicken and bacon jam is a wonderful pairing. The staff bounces back and forth between their locations and that’s a good thing. They’re all super friendly and nice. Taku speaks some English too if needed.Even If you’re comparing to US sandwich shops, this place stands out. I’d recommend you try it if you’re in Tokyo. Highly recommend.
